Nice ergonomics for a claw grip, – S3988 sensor is a winner overall, – Great switches all around, – Swappable cables and user upgradeable switches are awesome features to have, – Carry case is a nice bonus... 
Lift off height could ideally be lower, – Textured sides are still not amazingly grippy, – More colour choice for the lighting modes would be a very welcome addition, – Only having two DPI settings is not really ‘premium grade'... 
So, the Gladius had a fair amount to do to show me it deserves the price tag, what are my thoughts? Ergonomically if you use a claw grip or a palm grip with smaller hands I think you will find this mouse very comfortable. It has curves in all the right p...
