Version
Every projection screen has to fit the room conditions so that you can get the maximum benefit. The Scala II premium roll-up screen is the ideal solution for school, office or conference rooms . It can be mounted visibly on the wall or ceiling, as well as in suspended ceilings. It is optionally available with a black border . This ensures a better contrast. The entire projection screen can be revised without dismantling.

The standard color of the aluminum housing (W 12.5 x H 12.5 cm) is RAL 9016 traffic white. Other colors are optionally possible according to RAL Classic, please contact us!

Mounting Method
Visible wall-/ceiling mounting or in suspended ceilings?
For visible wall or ceiling mounting, simple and quick installation is available with the Quick Mounting Set: position – hang in – secure. Mounting slots on all sides of the housing allow you flexible mounting options; perfectly adaptable to the local conditions. Vertical adjustment of the housing.

We recommend our professional installation system for suspended ceilings with a pre-assembly frame for picture walls that are to be installed flush with the ceiling.
If the existing equipment does not allow direct wall mounting, you can order wall spacers. With the Scala II you have the option of inspecting the entire projection screen including technology without disassembly. Easy installation in suspended ceiling systems, without additional inspection openings on site.

Projection Screen Surface
Thanks to the matt white screen surface, an optimal, true- to-nature color display is achieved.
The black, opaque backing ensures that the screen surface is 99.98% lightproof. This ensures that no light entering from behind can penetrate.

Accessories
As an option, the screen surface can also be ordered as a rolling screen. This is the ideal solution for installations where pictures hang on walls or windowsills are blocked.

The crank and motor drive is in our standard versions on the right-hand side, seen from the front. If your situation so requires, we can also mount the drive for you on the left-hand side.
For the Scala II with motor, you can select a 1-channel radio control with handheld transmitter or a key switch to prevent unauthorized operation.
If the existing equipment does not allow direct wall mounting, we recommend wall spacers with 20,30 or 40 cm. Special spacers are possible, please contact us!

We have developed a professional installation system for suspended ceilings. A pre-assembly frame is mounted in the suspended ceiling. Thus the housing disappears in the ceiling and is hardly visible. The pre-assembly frame has an inspection door on the right and on the left as access for the fixing, so that the projection screen can always be installed and dismantled without further ceiling work.

Technical Details
With the Scala II, an inspection of the entire technology, including screen surface, can be carried out in the shortest possible time, without dismantling the housing.
If the projection screen is no longer needed, it can be simply rolled up by motor or crank drive. The existing loading profile enables excellent flatness and, when retracted, closes flush with the underside of the housing.
The Scala II motor is equipped with a high-quality, noise-optimized quality electric plug-in drive (230V/50Hz) with thermal protection switch. The motor drive is located on the right-hand side, seen from the front.

However, the Scala II can also be equipped with a maintenance-free crank drive. This has an integrated roll-off limiter. The screen surface can be rolled up and down by means of a detachable crank bar.
