Version
The Congress 22 is an extremely high-quality projection screen which is ideal for professional use in the congress and event sector. The entire projection screen can be inspected without disassembly.

The standard colour of the aluminium housing (W 22 x H 22 cm) is RAL 9016 Traffic White. Other colours are optionally available according to RAL Classic, please contact us!

Mounting Method
Mounting slots on all sides of the housing allow you flexible mounting options; perfectly adaptable to the local conditions. The scope of delivery includes mounting brackets for ceiling mounting. Possibility to adjust the housing horizontally.

If ceiling mounting is not possible in your room, wall brackets can be ordered. However, if the existing equipment does not permit direct wall mounting, you can obtain wall spacers.

If Congress 22 is to be installed flush with the ceiling, ceiling installation sets are available as an option.

Projection Screen Surface
Congress 22 is available in both the Polar TA and Polar GS screens. The Polar TA projection screen surface complies with the requirements according to DIN 4102 – B2. The Polar GS projection screen surface is flame retardant and fulfils the requirements according to DIN 4102 – B1.

The matt white projection screen on the front side provides an optimal, lifelike colour display. The screen surface Polar TA has a grey back, the Polar GS a black one. Thus, the screen surfaces are 99.98% light-proof. The dark backside ensures that no back light can pass through.

Accessories
With the wall brackets you can mount the Congress 22 directly on the wall. If the existing equipment does not allow direct wall mounting, we recommend wall spacers with 30 or 40 cm. Special spacers are possible, please contact us!

As an option, the screen surface can also be ordered as a rolling screen. This is the ideal solution for installations where pictures hang on walls or windowsills are blocked. In our standard version, the motor drive is located on the right-hand side, seen from the front.
If your situation so requires, we can also mount the drive for you on the left-hand side. For Congress 22, you can select a 1-channel radio control with handheld transmitter or a key switch to prevent unauthorized operation.

For flush ceiling installation, we recommend our professional installation system: simple installation in suspended ceiling systems with a pre-assembly frame, without additional on-site inspection openings.

To fill the gap between raw ceiling and suspended ceiling, an optional installation set for suspended ceilings is available.

Technical Details
Quick assembly and maintenance work of the individual system elements is possible due to the integrated mounting of the bearing slide. An inspection of the entire technology, including screen surface, can be carried out in the shortest possible time, without dismantling the housing technology.

If the projection screen is no longer needed, it can be simply rolled up by motorised drive. The Congress 22 is equipped with a high-quality, noise-optimized quality electric plug-in drive (230V/50Hz) with thermal protection switch. The loading profile of Congress 22 ensures perfect flatness.

All projection screens over 5 meters are equipped with a safety catch and safety limit switch as standard. The built-in switch meets the requirements of stage technology. This means that all the necessary standards for tendering and testing of mechanical engineering equipment in production facilities are already met in our standard version.
