Wind Touch UI
: MSI did away with the standard traditional operating system interface, carrying out in-depth studies on the tablet touch control experience of consumers. MSI used the information to design its own unique Wind Touch user interface with four major functions—work, entertainment, tools, and network. It integrates a number of frequently used applications, like MSI’s own Easy Viewer photo management software, a multimedia player that can be used for MSN, Skype, and IE, Windows multimedia center, and a web phone. Simply touching the MSI WindPad 100W’s screen with your finger allows you to surf the Internet, enjoy pictures, videos, and music, and even connect with the world through instant messaging or a net phone.

Easy Face
: MSI’s WindPad 100W comes with MSI’s exclusive face recognition software which works in conjunction with the internal 1.3 megapixel high resolution webcam, using biometric technology to provide impregnable data security. MSI’s Easy Face integrates MSN, website login passwords, and systems login passwords to provide a high level of data security and further protects data, using face MSI’s recognition software, so you don’t have to remember all those passwords.

Taskbar magnifier
: To enhance the user experience, MSI developed a unique status/taskbar magnifier to make controlling the Windows 7 OS’ various functions with your finger easier. Touching the Windows 7 taskbar at the bottom right hand side of the screen turns on the MSI taskbar magnifier, enlarging status bar icons, including the clock, Internet connection, power options, and volume control, to make them easier to manipulate with your finger. Now, you can click on them without using a stylus or your fingernail.

Easy Viewer photo management software
: In addition to the taskbar magnifier, MSI added its Easy Viewer photo management software to the WindPad 100W. Now, you can zoom in/out and rotate photos by simply touching or sliding your finger on the screen, making it easy to share photos with friends and family.

Microsoft Office Starter 2010 word processing software preloaded
: The WindPad 100W comes preloaded with Microsoft Office Starter 2010 word processing software, which includes Office Word 2010 and Office Excel 2010 for tablets, so you can do office work on the WindPad 100W anytime, anywhere. What’s more, the WindPad 100W also comes with Adobe Reader, so you can view, print, search, sign, and even verify PDF files while you’re on the go. It also has the Adobe Flash Player multimedia player, so you can enjoy a richer multimedia experience.

: The WindPad 100W has two camera lenses—one front, one back.
