Memory Reduction Technology reduces RAM requirements to just 4MB standard, whilst maintaining 1200 dpi laser-quality. Memory can be expanded to 36MB for larger, more complex documents.

Network connectivity
AXIS 1620 is the dedicated Print server for the LBP-1000. The AXIS 1620 supports all the major network protocols and environments such as the NetWare, Windows®, OS/2 and Apple Ether Talk.
